Sarah Longfield

Certified Yoga Instructor



Sarah’s love affair with yoga began over 10 years ago. She was a recent college graduate filled with anxiety and stress about the next step in her life when she landed on a yoga mat.  Sarah quickly discovered the positive mental and physical effects that yoga can have and was hooked. A few years into her avid practice, she decided that she wanted Yoga to be her life’s work. For that reason, she headed to Costa Rica, where she became a certified yoga teacher through Frog Lotus International. Since Costa Rica in 2013, Sarah has never lost sight of the importance of being a student of yoga first. She has attended numerous workshops and trainings with many master teachers. Most recently, Sarah spent a month in Hawaii to complete her 500 Hour Teacher Training certification through the Pranashama Institute.


Knowing that yoga can be intimidating to begin for many, Sarah’s intention is to make yoga approachable for everyone. She is a big fan of giving many options throughout the class, so that students can choose the pose variations that feel best for them. Her ultimate goal is that her students can leave their mats feeling less stressed, more connected, physically energized and inspired with a smile on their face. The practice of yoga has forever changed Sarah’s life for the better, and she hopes to assist you in achieving the same gift during her All-Levels Zoom yoga class.

What to have for class: a yoga mat and (if possible) two yoga blocks. You can substitute blocks for sturdy weights on their sides or jars.

Kayla Pangakis

Certified Personal Trainer


Kayla is a wellness and fitness expert, with years of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She has her Bachelors Degree in Community Health Education from Illinois State University and is studying for her Masters Degree in Exercise Science from Aurora University.


Her passions include all things health related. She loves helping others reach and exceed their goals. Being a valuable health resource to all and being a health advocate. She prides herself on being there for her clients. Helping them notice what they are capable of physically and mentally is so fulfilling and watching them succeed pushes her to be the best she can be.

Lisa Kaplin, Psy.D., PCC

Life and Executive Coach, Psychologist, Speaker



Lisa Kaplin is a psychologist, professional certified leadership coach, and a lead trainer for iPEC Coaching, an international coach training organization. Lisa has a master’s and doctoral degree in psychology and uses her education and experience to help people live emotionally healthy and happy lives. Lisa challenges her clients to address their inner fears and convert those fears to strengths and gifts in order to achieve their goals and dreams.
